Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Customised jewellery or special-made items may require 4–7 business days before dispatch.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location:
Domestic (India)
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
International
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country’s processing speed and customs clearance.
Unexpected customs delays may extend delivery timeframes.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
VAT
Import taxes
Any additional charges from the destination country
These are not included in our product or shipping costs.
Tracking Information
A tracking ID will be sent via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking details and coordinating with the courier service if required.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Attempt Failures
Manthan will not be responsible if:
The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address
The courier is unable to deliver due to unavailability of recipient
The package is returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts
In such cases:
Reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered:
Please record an unboxing video as mandatory proof.
Report it to us within 24–48 hours at contact@manthancrystals.com.
We will assist based on courier insurance and internal verification.
International Order Refusal
If an international order is refused or returned due to:
Non-payment of customs duties
Wrong address
Unaccepted delivery
The customer will be responsible for:
All customs charges
Return shipping fees
Any deductions applied by the courier partner
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned parcel is received by us.
